Covers GOOD, moderate rubbing along spine edges, minor soiling. Inner pages VG. Soiling to page edges, some crease marks. A few pencil marks next to subjects in the Table of Contents. Highlighting in chapter 5 "Strength of Materials," (pictured). Thumbed through several times and didn't see any other highlighting but this is such a huge volume, we could have missed some. No tears or holes, all pages flat, bright and 100% legible. Tightly bound. At 3.5" thick, this is obviously a very heavy volume.
