- The briefcase is pre-owned and has been in storage for years. The Dooney & Bourke leather logo is a little loose. The glue they used seems to have melted a little bit. At the moment, I have it in place very well. I don't think it will be an issue (just want to be honest with my condition assessment). There are some small marks. Otherwise, the leather and stitching are in great condition. Hardware works great. It's a high-quality, gorgeous vintage briefcase.
