This is a CORTEX Custom Smartdoll Mirai head painted by the artist DollMoonDesign on ETSY. She no longer paints dolls, and you'll be able to find the original sales of this product on page 145 (second listing).
I purchased this head from who I presume is the original owner in 2022, but never got around to getting her a body. She has been wrapped up in a box in my closet since that time.
Please note, she is the CORTEX version, and is not vinyl. From what I gathered, they no longer sell this version.
