Because everyone's description of “used” can be different, some people will expect different results upon receiving their vacuum. The pictures shown are of the actual item you receive, so please view closely and be sure to read my description in case there are any defects. Most all used vacuums will have some scratching due to normal wear & tear. Prior to all auctions, all of our machines are tested for good suction and are made sure to be in good working order. Brush rolls are cleaned, washable filters and waste containers will be washed. Outer bags will be washed or sanitized depending on the model. The outside of the machine will be washed down and scuff marks are removed to the best of our ability. Although our vacuums are cleaned and deodorized very well, some odors could be present
