This awesome used box is from the 1980s. The square ice bucket was made in Japan, designed by American designer Georges Briard. This design is inspired by the Pop Art movement but also the Memphis movement. Founded in Milan in 1980 by Ettore Sottsass. Its asymmetrical shapes and geometric patterns as well as its primary colors like red, blue, yellow, and green are the favorite shades of the Memphis clan. The dimensions indicated are taken including the handles.
Please note, There are some areas that show wear on the exterior. The areas that show wear are from chipped yellow paint. You could easily touch it up with the right color yellow. The white box inside that is meant for ice comes out so that you can clean it. Measures 7 1/2 inches tall, 7 1/2 inches wide & 7 1/2 inches long.
